Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy in North Wilkesboro, NC is seeking a dedicated BCBA to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The role involves treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments, and team meetings across home, daycare, and school settings.

You will focus on clinical excellence while our back-office team handles administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
  • North Carolina LBA required or in process to obtain.
  • Bilingual a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
  • Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
  • Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.
At Achievements ABA Therapy, you'll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.
Compensation: $90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
  • Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!
