Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Behavior Analyst to lead our ABA program within an established multi-disciplinary clinic. The role focuses on developing ABA and parent training programs for children and adolescents with oversight of clinic operations and team supervision.

Ideal candidates have a NC licensure, QBA credential, and prior supervisory or mentoring experience within intensive treatment settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA, including intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
• Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of service delivery.
• Foster a positive team culture and support agency morale.
• Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including performance expectations and evaluations.
• Collaborate with other team members.

Requirements

Qualities that fit this opportunity

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required
• Must have obtained a professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)
• Must be a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)
• 1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience, preferred
• Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred

Essential Job Functions

• Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
• Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.
• Foster a positive team culture and support agency culture/morale.
• Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring program progress and productivity.
• Collaborate with other team members.

• Hybrid position - 3 days in clinic, 2 remote (eligible after three months)
