Achie vements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona. The role involves treatment planning and supervising RBTs, with options for remote or in-person work to fit client needs.

You will train parents, participate in team meetings, and ensure care across home, daycare, and school environments while upholding HIPAA and BACB guidelines. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; passionate about making a difference.
• Bilingual a plus, NC LBA required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

• $90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
