Job summary

Therapy Smarts, Inc. is seeking a BCaBA to provide pediatric ABA services in a clinic setting. This is a Hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, serving children and adolescents in a supportive multi-disciplinary environment.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor the Autism Service Team, collaborate with staff, and help ensure efficient service delivery while fostering a positive culture and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in ABA including intervention development for children/adolescents.
• Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment preferred.
• Self motivated and proactive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and design comprehensive ABA and parent training programs for young children and adolescents.
• Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of service delivery.
• Foster a positive team culture and support agency morale.
• Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including supervision plans and evaluations.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate care.
