Achievements ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated BCBA to make a meaningful difference for children with autism and their families. You will lead treatment planning, provide remote or in-person supervision, and train parents across diverse settings.

The role spans in-home, daycare, and school environments across NC, GA, and AZ, with support from a back-office team to focus on clinical care. Compensation ranges $90–$115 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with dedication to making a difference.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required.
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation: $90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
