Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a behavioral health clinician to conduct ABA assessments and oversee services in a hybrid Kansas city setting with locations in Aurora and Parker, Colorado.

The role includes supervision of RBTs, development of individualized plans, and collaboration with families and care teams to ensure BACB, payer, and state standards are met. A Master’s degree in a related field and active certification are required.

Qualifications

  • BCBA/BCaBA certification or RBT enrolled in a graduate BCBA program.
  • Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
  • Active certification and licensure where required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.

Compensation
  • Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
  • Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)
Qualifications
  • Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
  • Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
