Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a BCBA/BCaBA or RBT enrolled professional for a full-time, hybrid ABA leadership role in Colorado.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, oversee services, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families and care teams. Located in Aurora/Parker with relocation support up to $20K, the position offers a strong base salary plus a monthly bonus program, 25 paid days off and a professional development stipend up to $1,000, along

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT enrolled in graduate BCBA program
• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Active certification and licensure (where required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards
