Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced ABA professional to join a growing behavioral health organization delivering high-quality ABA services.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with autonomy and strong clinical support. The candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and care teams to meet BACB and state standards.

Qualifications

  • BCBA/BCaBA certification or RBT status in grad BCBA program.
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved coursework.
  • Active certification and licensure as required by state/regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards

Nationwide Opportunities:

Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina & Tennessee.

Compensation:
  • Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
  • Relocation assistance available (up to $20K - location dependent)
Qualifications:
  • Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
  • Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Active certification and licensure (where required)
