Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a licensed ABA professional for a full-time, hybrid behavioral health role in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and mentor RBTs. Qualified candidates hold BCBA/BCaBA certification (or RBT in a graduate program), a master's in a related field, active licensure where required, and a commitment to BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program.
• Active certification and licensure (where required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)
