Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a behavioral health clinician for a full-time, hybrid position to provide ABA services in North Carolina.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight while mentoring RBTs and collaborating with families and care teams. This role offers a strong base salary with a monthly bonus, relocation assistance up to $20K, and a comprehensive benefits package including CEUs, professional

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification or RBT enrolled in graduate BCBA program.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Active certification and licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)
