Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA who is passionate about improving the lives of children with autism. You will focus on clinical excellence while our back-office team manages administrative tasks.

This role entails developing individual treatment plans, providing supervision, and conducting parent training sessions. The position offers flexible working environments and is available as part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Must have Arizona LBA or be in process to obtain Arizona LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Our services are deliveredin-home, in daycares, and in schools across Arizona, Georgia and North Carolina, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $110.00 per hour contingent on experience
