Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to advance clinical excellence and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The role offers both remote and in-person supervision, with treatment planning and collaboration across settings.

You will work on treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and participate in team meetings while complying with HIPAA and BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; dedication to making a difference
• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions

The position includes responsibilities such astreatment planning,remote or in-personclinical supervision,parent training,assessmentsandteam meetings. Our services are deliveredin-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation:

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
