Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services across in-home, daycare, and school settings in Georgia and nearby states. You will develop individualized treatment plans and supervise RBTs, with strong emphasis on ethical, evidence-based care.

The role offers remote or in-person supervision, parent training, and collaboration with a dedicated back-office team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willing to live within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Compensation:

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
