Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for children with autism. The role offers flexibility with in-home, daycare, and school settings across GA, NC, and AZ, and includes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision, and parent training.

Compensation ranges from $85.00 to $100.00 per hour, with benefits such as 401(k) matching, PTO, mentoring, CEUs, health/dental/vision coverage, and administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Must live within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
  • Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
  • Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Our services are deliveredin-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation:

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
