Job summary

Scoot Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support multiple school sites in California. The role focuses on ethical, student-centered behavior support, supervision of Scoot RBTs, and collaboration with school staff to implement IEPs and BIPs.

We offer weekly pay, paid training, fast onboarding, and ongoing support from a BCBA coordinator and Scoot consultant. This hourly, non-exempt position aligns with the needs of educators and students across districts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered behavior support.
• Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and collaboration on IEP/BIP creation.
• Model and coach site-based staff.
• Supervise Scoot RBTs (in-person preferred, but virtual supervision may be considered).

Hourly Pay Range:

• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Paid state-mandated training
• FREE onboarding (we pay for your background check up front, not reimbursement needed)

• Ongoing support designed for BCBAs, by people who understand ABA
• The role is non-exempt. Actual pay is hourly and based on hours worked

Depending on your placement you may be asked to do one or more of following. We would work with YOU to learn your preferences.
