Job summary

Scoot Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support multiple school sites. You will provide behavioral assessment, coaching for staff, and supervision of Scoot RBTs, with in-person supervision preferred and virtual options possible.

This hourly, non-exempt role emphasizes ethical practice, collaborative planning, and a supportive caseload structure designed to help students thrive and educators succeed in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered behavior support.
• Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and collaborate on IEP/BIP creation.
• Model and coach site-based staff.
• Supervise Scoot RBTs; in-person supervision preferred, virtual supervision may be considered.

Hourly Pay Range:

• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Paid state-mandated training
• FREE onboarding (we pay for your background check up front, not reimbursement needed)
• Rapid onboarding (> 2 weeks)
• Ongoing support designed for BCBAs, by people who understand ABA
• The role is non-exempt. Actual pay is hourly and based on hours worked

What You Will Do

Depending on your placement you may be asked to do one or more of following. We would work with YOU to learn your preferences.
