Job summary

Scoot Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to support multiple school sites. This hourly, non-exempt role emphasizes ethical supervision, collaborative practice, and sustainable caseload management. You will work with Scoot coordinators and educators to implement FBAs, IEPs, and BIPs, while modeling and coaching site staff.

The position offers BCBA-led clinical support and the opportunity to impact student outcomes across partner schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Commitment to ethical, collaborative, student-centered behavior support.
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and collaborate on IEP and BIP development.
• Provide modeling, coaching, and collaboration with site-based educators and staff.
• Supervise Scoot-employed RBTs (In-person supervision preferred; virtual supervision may be considered depending on placement).
• Comfortable working with medically fragile/high behavior situations.
• Observe and communicate across varied environments, incl. indoor and outdoor settings.

Hourly Pay Range: Up To $70Role Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

• Ethical, sustainable supervision models that prioritize quality over volume
• Clinical support from a practicing BCBA Coordinator and a dedicated Scoot Consultant
• Advocacy for reasonable caseloads, schedules, and professional integrity

What You’ll Do:

• Responsibilities vary by placement and are aligned with your experience and preferences. Depending on assignment, you may:
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collaborate on IEP and BIP development
• Provide modeling, coaching, and collaboration with site-based educators and staff
• Supervise Scoot-employed RBTs (In-person supervision preferred; virtual supervision may be considered depending on placement)
• Comfortable working with medically fragile/high behavior situations
• Sitting, standing, and walking, and able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students
• Observe and communicate across varied environments, incl. indoor and outdoor settings
• Additional role requirements will be in the handbook and shared during the interview process
