Job summary

Scoot Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support multiple school sites across California. You will work directly with students, collaborate with educators, and provide supervision to RBTs within Scoot's framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Commitment to ethical, collaborative, student-centered behavior support.
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and collaborate on IEP and BIP development.
• Provide modeling, coaching, and collaboration with site-based educators and staff.
• Supervise Scoot-employed RBTs (in-person supervision preferred; virtual supervision may be considered depending on placement).
• Comfortable working with medically fragile/high behavior situations.
• Sitting, standing, and walking, and able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students.
• Observe and communicate across varied environments, incl. indoor and outdoor settings.

• Earn $60+ per hour (W-2 employment) – Hourly pay is based on assignment, location, and experience. We handle tax withholdings so you don’t have to.
