Job summary

Scoot Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support multiple school sites on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Weekly pay and comprehensive onboarding accompany a strong focus on ethical, student-centered behavior support and ongoing clinical collaboration with Scoot staff.

Responsibilities include functional behavioral assessments, IEP/BIP collaboration, staff coaching, and supervision of Scoot RBTs, with flexible placement preferences to suit you and the schools served.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered behavior support.
• Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.

• Modeling and coaching for site-based staff.
• Supervision of Scoot RBTs (In-person preferred, but virtual supervision may be considered).

Hourly Pay Range:

Perks and Compensation

• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Paid state-mandated training
• FREE onboarding (we pay for your background check up front, not reimbursement needed)
• Rapid onboarding (> 2 weeks)
• Ongoing support designed for BCBAs, by people who understand ABA
• The role is non-exempt. Actual pay is hourly and based on hours worked
• Referral bonuses – refer a friend and you both earn gift cards after 10 shifts
