Job summary

Scoot Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support multiple school sites in California. You will provide ethical, student-centered behavior support and collaborate with staff to implement IEPs and BIPs.

The role offers hourly pay, weekly direct deposit, and strong clinical and administrative support, with onboarding and supervision designed for BCBAs and ABA professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered behavior support.
• Experience with school-aged children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and collaborate on IEP/BIP.
• Model and coach site-based staff.
• Supervise Scoot RBTs (in-person preferred; virtual supervision possible).

Hourly Pay Range:

Perks and Compensation

• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Paid state-mandated training
• FREE onboarding (we pay for your background check up front, not reimbursement needed)
• Rapid onboarding (> 2 weeks)
• Ongoing support designed for BCBAs, by people who understand ABA
• The role is non-exempt. Actual pay is hourly and based on hours worked

What You Will Do

Depending on your placement you may be asked to do one or more of following. We would work with YOU to learn your preferences.

• Functional Behavioral Assessments and collaboration on IEP/BIP creation
• Modeling and coaching for site-based staff
• Supervision of Scoot RBTs (In‑person preferred, but virtual supervision may be considered)
