Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with dedication to making a meaningful difference.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required.
• Must have NC licensure or be in process to obtain NC licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed.

• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of clinical records.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment implementation support, in-person clinical supervision support, parent collaboration, client observations, treatment plan implementation monitoring, and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.
