Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated BCBA to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The role combines treatment planning with flexible delivery across in-home, daycare, and school settings.

You’ll supervise RBTs remotely or in person, train parents, and collaborate with a supportive back-office team to maintain HIPAA and BACB compliance while delivering clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB) is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• North Carolina LBA or in process to obtain NC LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!
