Job summary

Vibrant ABA in North Carolina is seeking a licensed BCBA to oversee the clinical direction of cases, provide supervision to RBTs/BTs, and ensure ethical, effective treatment for children with autism and their families.

You will partner with families and lead a clinical team, conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, monitoring data, and ensuring accurate documentation. A salaried equivalent is open for discussion for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs, including required in-person supervision.
  • Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration.
  • Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.

Compensation Rate: $95-$110/hr
