Vibrant ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical direction, deliver ethical, evidence-based care, and collaborate with families and a clinical team. The daytime role is based in a daycare setting with a schedule designed for consistent daytime hours.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA and NC LBA, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and be willing to supervise in person.

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical direction of cases and ensure ethical, evidence-based treatment

• Build trust and drive meaningful progress with clients
• Set the tone for care and collaborate with BTs and other staff
• Occasional after-school in-home cases and daytime daycare caseload management

This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. We are currently hiring a BCBA for a daytime case available in a daycare setting with a highly desirable schedule. Hours for the daytime case are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking for consistent daytime hours, with options for full-time roles and additional after-school in-home cases!

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Must be willing and able to go in-person to supervise
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus!

Compensation

We believe exceptional clinical work deserves strong and transparent compensation.

• Part-time Hourly Rate: $90?$100
• Salary: $90,000 Annually
• Final offer based on experience, skillset, and clinical expertise
