Job summary

Bright Achievements in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. You will provide high-quality ABA services, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to optimize outcomes.

The position offers hybrid, in-home, and in-clinic work options with flexibility and strong administrative support. The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification, NC LBA credential, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and experience leading ABA programs.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • NC Licensed Behavior Analyst credential (or ability to obtain).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel locally between client locations and/or clinic sites.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive clinical evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to RBTs.
  • Provide caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments.
  • Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and required clinical documentation.
  • Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS-R, PEAK, and other standardized assessments.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies.

Position Responsibilities

As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while supporting children, families, and behavior technicians through compassionate clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive clinical evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments
  • Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and required clinical documentation
  • Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS-R, PEAK, and other standardized assessments
  • Collaborate closely with families, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional client outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies

  • Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential (or ability to obtain)
