Bright Achievements is seeking passionate BCBAs to join our NC clinical team. You will provide high-quality ABA services to children and families while leading clinical teams and ensuring exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and North Carolina LBA credential; active status required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs; provide caregiver training.
• Complete treatment plans, progress reports and clinical documentation.
• Perform standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, ABLLS-R, PEAK, etc).
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team to ensure outcomes.
• Maintain BACB Ethics compliance and company policies.

Position Responsibilities

As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while supporting children, families, and behavior technicians through compassionate clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive clinical evaluations
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress
• Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments
• Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and required clinical documentation
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS-R, PEAK, and other standardized assessments
• Collaborate closely with families, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional client outcomes
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential (or ability to obtain)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA services
• Ability to travel locally between client locations and/or clinic sites as needed
