Job summary

Bright Achievements is seeking passionate BCBA clinicians to join our North Carolina clinical team, providing high-quality ABA services to children and families. You will lead clinical teams, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential (or ability to obtain).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel locally between client locations and/or clinic sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive clinical evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Provide caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments.
  • Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and required clinical documentation.
  • Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS-R, PEAK, and other standardized assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with families, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies.

Position Responsibilities
