Job summary

Bright Achievements is seeking a board-certified BCBA to join our North Carolina clinical team. You will lead evidence-based ABA services, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA, NC LBA (or ability to obtain), a relevant Master's, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel between client locations and clinics is expected, with a supportive administrative structure and

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or ability to obtain.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally between client locations and/or clinic sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments.
• Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and required clinical documentation.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS-R, PEAK, and other standardized assessments.
• Collaborate closely with families, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies.
