Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for children with autism. You will develop individualized treatment plans and provide remote or in-person supervision to RBTs, with parent training and collaboration with schools and daycares.

You will work across in-home, daycare, and school settings, supported by a dedicated back-office team, while maintaining HIPAA and BACB compliance and focusing on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• North Carolina LBA license or in process to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
