Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA therapy plans. You will monitor client progress, supervise RBTs, and complete essential documentation in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and Illinois licensure eligibility, with experience in a clinic setting. The role offers full-time hours at our Carol Stream/Wheaton clinic with comprehensive benefits.

• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in Illinois.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete and submit required documentation, including evaluations and progress reports.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
