Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Geneva, IL is seeking a BCBA to lead assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress. This role emphasizes mentoring RBTs, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality care.

The successful candidate will supervise RBTs, document evaluations and progress, and contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to: Evaluations and Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week
