Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Lombard, Illinois, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver exceptional ABA services. In this role, you will guide RBTs in their professional growth and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care to children.

The position offers a salary range of $80,000–$106,000 based on skills and experience, along with up to $12,000 in annual bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in Illinois.
• Experience in clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Support RBTs through training and supervision.
• Complete documentation of evaluations and progress reports.

Overview

As a BCBA at Westside, you’ll help cultivate a space where children and team members feel supported and empowered. You’ll deliver exceptional ABA services, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
• Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including evaluations and progress reports in accordance with practice guidelines
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain a targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting
