Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Loves Park, IL, is seeking a BCBA to provide exceptional ABA services for children. You will deliver personalized therapy programs and support the growth of RBTs.

The position offers a competitive salary starting at $80,000, a hybrid work schedule, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and professional development reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in the state of Illinois.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete required documentation in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.

What You’ll Do

• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to, SOAP Notes, Evaluations, Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting
