Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer/Analyst to perform Master Systems Integration of building management systems, design control databases, and develop user interfaces in line with project specifications and sales proposals.

The role includes on-site and remote support, field startup and commissioning, and collaboration with project teams to ensure reliable system operation for global enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of building management systems and control protocols.
Ability to analyze solutions and apply judgment.
Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Create programming and panel layouts from flow diagrams.
Program control applications using specialized software tools.
Perform onsite commissioning and testing of control systems.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
Document resolutions and report findings to the project team.
Travel up to 50% with occasional overnight trips.
