Job summary

CBRE seeks a Software Engineer Analyst to perform master systems integration for building management systems, develop control databases, and create user interfaces per project specs. You will support installers and customers on-site and remotely, perform commissioning tasks, and ensure systems operate per design documentation.

The role is part of the Software Engineering function delivering projects globally for enterprise clients, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Degree in HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical or Software preferred; combination of experience and education considered.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical judgment and precedents.
• Knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams and panel layouts.
• Program control applications using various software tools.
• Site commissioning, testing, and documentation of system operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and report findings to the project team.
• Lead by example and adhere to CBRE RISE values.
