Job summary

CBRE Software EngineerAnalyst will perform master systems integration of building management systems, build control databases, create user interfaces and set-up control systems based on project specification and/or sales proposals.

This role involves on-site and remote support to installers and customers, field startup, system commissioning, and ongoing collaboration with project teams to ensure solutions meet customer and design requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze solutions and apply judgment.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
• Perform programming of control applications using various software tools.
• Carry out job-site system checkout, commissioning, and testing of control applications.
• Confirm proper operation according to project specifications, sales proposal and design documentation.
• Develop system graphic displays according to project specifications or sales proposal.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Lead multifaceted system evaluation and diagnostics and troubleshoot escalated issues.
