Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer Analyst to perform master systems integration of building management systems, develop databases, and create user interfaces. The role requires on-site and remote support, with field startup, commissioning, and testing tasks across global projects.

You will work within CBRE's Software Engineering function, applying industry-leading technologies while traveling up to 50% for project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems.
• Travel requirement up to 50% of annual time, including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
• Perform programming of control applications using various software tools.
• Job-site system checkout, commissioning, and testing of control applications.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Document problem resolutions and report findings to Project team.
