Job summary

Amteck is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will manage design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

You will oversee design reviews, vendor management, risk control, FAT/SAT/IST testing, and documentation. Strong leadership and a background in BMS platforms and critical facilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Deep knowledge of BMS platforms and control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to various construction sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BMS design reviews, installation, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and IST; manage closeout documentation and system handover.
• Monitor project financials, change orders, and billing support.
