Job summary

Amteck is hiring a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of building automation projects. You will lead planning, design reviews, installation, commissioning, and handover, coordinating clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include FAT/SAT/IST testing, risk and quality management, and financial oversight. A Bachelor’s in Engineering with 3–5+ years PM experience and BMS knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction/building services with BMS experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and control systems.
• Familiarity with BACnet/Modbus and integration with HVAC, lighting, security systems.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and handover of BMS projects.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors and lead meetings.
• Manage risk, safety, and quality, including FAT/SAT/IST testing.
• Monitor financials, change orders, and project closeout.
