Job summary

WEB-TPA, Inc. seeks a technically skilled individual to operate and monitor Automated BMS across diverse sites, ensuring HVAC equipment runs at peak efficiency.

You will identify faults, verify control integrity, and pursue energy-saving opportunities while performing planned maintenance and commissioning field devices. Under supervision, you will troubleshoot, interpret blueprints, and support building systems with resilient, safety-conscious practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with installation and repairs of BMS components.
• Knowledge of basic programming in any language.
• Experience in chiller plant operations.
• Experience reading blueprints, mechanical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Familiar with building systems maintenance and operation.
• Familiar with UPS/STS and on-site generating systems.
• Shift work required – day, night, weekend rotations, including overtime and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate Automated BMS and HVAC Systems.
• Perform daily rounds to check proper operation of monitored systems.
• Optimize system efficiency and energy consumption.
• Troubleshoot and correct BMS faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on the BMS.
