Job summary

Control Solutions Group, Inc. seeks a Control Services Coordinator to assist in a broad range of activities related to managing Building Management Systems.

The role includes material management, dispatching, construction invoicing, issuing subcontracts and POs, contract review, and maintaining logs. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of wearing several hats in a team environment, and have experience with BMS, BAS, DDC, or energy management systems, along with strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Receive phone requests for service/maintenance work and price quotes.
• Dispatch all service technicians.
• Review technician work orders for contract compliance and additional work.
• Assist Safety Manager and ensure field personnel have proper safety equipment.
• Order warehouse parts and seek best price on materials.
• Accounts Receivable management and client communications.
• Generate customer invoices and set up/renew contracts.
