Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Project Coordinator in Marlborough, MA to support day-to-day project coordination and technical efforts for BMS deployments. You will assist in triaging issues, coordinating with vendors and field teams, and ensuring alignment with BMS standards for new store projects.

You will help document deficiencies, track action items, and maintain logs and status updates, while providing technical and operational support to the Field Engineer

Qualifications

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and implementation tasks.
• Triage project issues and support timely resolution.
• Support BMS deployments, upgrades, commissioning, and system enhancements.
• Identify, document, track, and support resolution of New Store BMS deficiencies.
• Support development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of BMS standards for new store construction and upgrade projects.
• Assist with field validation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with established BMS standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to address deficiencies and support corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, issue logs, and status updates.
• Provide technical and operational support to the Field Engineer Building Controls Supervisor and Field Engineering Project Manager as needed.
