22nd Century Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced ITSM administrator to lead the administration and optimization of the BMC ITSM platform, including CMDB, asset, and change management in an enterprise hosting environment.

The role requires hands-on configuration, integration, and data management, with a strong focus on ITIL processes, reporting, and analytics to support large-scale service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise ITSM platforms, including CMDB, asset, and change management.
• Familiar with ITIL processes, system integration, and reporting/analytics in large-scale environments.
• Ability to configure workflows and integrate with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads administration and optimization of the BMC ITSM platform, including CMDB, asset, and change management; configures workflows, maintains data integrity, and integrates with enterprise systems.
• Supports ITSM processes, including change management and CAB/ERB coordination, ensuring accurate configuration tracking and documentation.
• Performs troubleshooting, implements enhancements, and supports automation to improve platform efficiency and service delivery. Supporting Deliverables: D-ITSM-01 and D-ITSM-02. D-ITSM-03 and D-TEC-06. D-TEC-03 and D-RE-01.
