Qualifications

• 10+ years in ITSM/CMDB domain with strong BMC Helix experience.
• Expertise in BMC Helix CMDB, Discovery (ADDM), and ITSM Suite.
• Strong understanding of CDM, CI lifecycle, and relationship modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CMDB architecture aligned with business needs.
• Implement and manage BMC Helix Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and completeness of CMDB.
