Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading property & casualty insurance company, is looking for a BMC Helix Developer to join their team in Costa Mesa, CA or Coppell, TX. This role focuses on the development of BMC Helix dashboards, essential for providing insights into Configuration Item (CI) health, CMDB data quality, and operational performance.

The BMC Helix Developer will design, develop, and maintain dashboards within the Helix platform, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix CMDB, Remedy ITSM, or related modules.
• Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and governance.
• Experience with dashboard development and reporting technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Asset & Configuration Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and executive reports.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of CMDB reporting.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for dashboard solutions.
