Responsibilities include implementing Helix applications, providing ongoing support, training end-users, and documenting configurations. You will stay informed about updates and best practices to ensure clients achieve maximum value from their Helix investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years of consulting experience with BMC Helix.
• Strong understanding of BMC Helix features and capabilities.
• Experience in implementing and supporting applications for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and proactive client support.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• BMC Helix certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for BMC Helix solutions.
• Implement and configure BMC Helix applications per client specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix solutions.
• Train end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document processes, configurations, and any modifications to the Helix platform.
• Stay informed about updates and best practices related to BMC Helix.
