Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Helix Developer

• Collaborate with the client’s team to facilitate the migration from BMC Remedy to BMC Helix.
• Design and optimize solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot critical issues and ensure seamless integration within complex enterprise systems.
• Engage in interpreting performance data and providing insights for system enhancements.
• This is a 6‑month contract position with potential for extension and conversion.
