Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a Donor Recruitment Associate: Business to Business Sales to work with blood drive coordinators and donor groups to meet collection targets across area drives.

This role involves on-site recruitment at drives, presenting to sponsors, managing online scheduling, and supporting coordinators to achieve annual goals. A valid driver's license is required and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and work experience.
• 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively implement programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers in ensuring blood drives achieve goals through drive management activities.
• Provide oversight and record keeping in Hemasphere and OLS to track sponsor performance.
• Provide organizational and operational support to blood drive coordinators to meet collection goals.
• Schedule and implement education programs for Sponsor groups to assist in meeting objectives and comply with regulations.
• Utilize tools and technology provided to enhance customer service, efficiency and productivity.
