Job summary

The American Red Cross in Toledo is seeking a Donor Recruitment Associate: Business to Business Sales to collaborate with blood drive coordinators and sponsor groups to reach collection targets.

You will lead on-site recruitment, manage appointment schedules, and present to sponsoring organizations while tracking performance data. This role offers a strong benefits package and growth within a nationwide humanitarian network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience.
• 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales and negotiation is preferred.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers to ensure blood drives meet goals.
• Provide oversight and record-keeping in Hemasphere and OLS.
• Support blood drive coordinators to achieve collection objectives.
• Schedule and implement education programs for sponsor groups.
• Utilize tools to enhance customer service and productivity.
