Job summary

American Red Cross in Manchester, NH is hiring a Donor Recruitment Associate: Business to Business Sales to engage with blood drive coordinators and donor groups. The role focuses on achieving collection targets through on-site recruitment, coordinating schedules, and presenting to sponsor organizations.

This on-site position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, one year of related experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including training and presentations.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• May be required to travel to sites throughout the Red Cross organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers to achieve blood drive goals through drive management activities such as on-site recruitment, presentations, and coordinating schedules.
• Provide oversight and record keeping in Hemasphere and OLS to track sponsor group performance.
• Provide departmental support to blood drive coordinators to meet goals.
• Schedule and implement education programs for Sponsor groups and volunteers to meet objectives.
• Utilize organization tools and strategy to enhance customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
